Volunteer Hours Tracking Cocoa Beach Woman's Club

It's that time of year again--the annual State reports about our service activities. Did you know that each member needs to report their volunteer activities from January 1, 2009 thru December 31, 2009?

Look through your '08-'09 yearbook to remind you of what you've done to help during 2009. Examples: if you baked/brought refreshments for one of our monthly meetings, count the hours you spent baking and the estimated money value of what you brought; count the number of hours you attended planning meetings around events or department specific meetings, including related phone calls; count the financial contributions you made to any project/activity including personal checks, admission tickets, raffle tickets, etc.; count the estimated value of any items you donated.

When you write these items up, make sure to put the date, related event or department, hours contributed, and money contributed. Don't forget to put your name on the page and give this info to Pam Kendrick by the January 7th meeting in order for it to be included in our Club reports. You'll be surprised at how quickly our volunteer hours add up!
