The Cocoa Beach Woman's Club is hosting a special guest speaker on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 10:00am at the Cocoa Beach Country Club.
The public is invited "FREE" of charge.

Michael G. Carroll is the Deputy Inspector General at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). This organization is the primary Federal agency responsible for implementing out Government's foreign assistance programs. In partnership with the Departments of Defense and State, USAID plays a vital role in advancing U.S. national security, foreign policy, and effort to disrupt, dismantle, and defear terrorist groups. Mr. Carroll will be speaking about the role of oversight in Development Assistance.
The Cocoa Beach Woman's Club invites the public to attend this special presentation, free of charge.
